Terms & Conditions

Minimum order of $150 for delivery is required, otherwise please self collect at our restaurant location. 

For orders below $150, please indicate your preferred collection point during checkout under "Special Instructions for Seller" section.

For orders of $150 and above, one way drop off for mini buffet or small items delivery charge of $25 ( $35 for CBD areas & or toll/ Public Holiday) applies.

For full buffet set up, we require $350 minimum order with delivery charges of $60 ($70 for CBD areas/ Toll & public holidays) applies.

Please select time for delivery and include it during checkout under "Special Instructions for Seller" section:

A – 10am to 12 noon
B – 12 noon to 2pm
C – 2pm to 4pm
D – 4pm to 6pm
E – 6pm to 8pm
F – 8pm to 10pm

  • *Specific time request, please add $10
  • **Before 10am or after 10pm, please add $30
  • A surcharge of $30 to $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without lift landing (includes split floor, mezzanine and door steps) as we will require additional help and effort to bring the different components of the buffet for setup.

 No refund will be given for any cancellation. We allow replacement date if you inform us at least 7 days in advance. 

Admin fee of 50% for cancellation after confirmation will be levied.
