- Delivery, labour for set up & waste management is $300.
- A surcharge of $50 would be incurred for Delivery BEFORE 9am..
- A surcharge of $50 would be incurred for Collection/Take Down AFTER 9pm.
- A surcharge of $120 would be incurred for Collection/Take Down AFTER 10pm.
